Debbie began her journey in the non-profit sector early on, developing a deep appreciation for community support. She later enhanced her education by earning a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan and spent more than a decade working in marketing and communications across a variety of industries. She has since returned to the world of fundraising, bringing together her broad skill set and passion to support organizations that strengthen communities.

With a thoughtful approach to storytelling, relationship-building, and strategic outreach, Debbie blends her professional skills with a long-standing dedication to positive change. Her connection to this work is both professional and personal, shaped by experiences that deepen her desire to help others support the causes that matter most.

Outside of work, Debbie enjoys walks in nature with her dog, golfing, solving word puzzles, baking and spending time with family and friends. She’s also a bird enthusiast, finding joy and calm in everyday moments of connection and quiet.
