Morgan Kalk

Morgan Kalk - Don Gorsalitz - DCG Philanthropic Services

B.Comm (Hons)

Morgan is a catalyst for positive change, embodying the values of compassion, curiosity, reciprocity, and resilience. Her dedication to influencing a meaningful transformation and inspiring others to do the same is unwavering. Motivated by personal experiences where she once relied on the support of organizations she now collaborates with, Morgan's commitment to giving back is fueled by a profound sense of fulfillment.

From an early age, Morgan embraced community involvement through volunteer work and student leadership, paving the way for her current professional pursuit. Building upon her passion, she pursued a business education, seamlessly merging her skills with a career in non-profit and charitable fundraising. In this role, she devises and implements capacity-building strategies that enable organizations to continue their mission of serving, strengthening, and empowering communities.

Her proudest membership is with the Lac La Ronge First Nation community. She also proudly sits as President on the Board of The Princess Shop. Her efforts in community building have been recognized by both the University of Saskatchewan (uSask) and the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technology (SIIT), as well as a 2021 nomination for the YWCA Women of Distinction Awards in the 29 and Under category and various articles features.

When she’s not working or out in the community, you will find Morgan expressing her creative side through culinary creations and DIYs or travelling. She believes that while doing this, she is continually reminded to step outside the boundaries of her own perspective. That is, after all, when a person is likely to make the most change.

“For it is in giving that we receive.”
