Chelsea Choponis

Chelsea brings a strong organizational background and extensive community involvement to her role at DCG. Her dedication to creating positive change is evident in her current positions, serving as Chair of her local School Community Council, Co-Coordinator of Valley Manor School QSA, and Member of the Prairie Spirit School Division Gender & Diversity Advisory Committee. Additionally, her past experience as Chair of her local library and member at large of the Wheatland Regional Library Board exemplifies her commitment to inclusivity and advocacy.
In addition to her community work, Chelsea has worked with private sector companies and has focused 10+ years on working with children, managing her own business and an elementary school office. Her ability to adapt and work effectively in different environments is evident.
Outside of the office, Chelsea enjoys reading, brunching with friends, attending live music concerts, and prioritizing her health through morning fitness classes. She lives in Martensville with her two children and one hamster.
