Tom Gorsalitz is the President & CEO of DCG Sport Philanthropy, a company focused on advancing philanthropy across national and professional sport organizations.
Driven by a belief that sport holds a unique ability to inspire generosity and unite communities, Tom founded DCG Sport Philanthropy to help sport organizations unlock new philanthropic opportunities. By leveraging the visibility, passion, and community connection that sport naturally creates, Tom works with organizations to design fundraising strategies that engage donors, grow philanthropic programs, and support meaningful community impact.
In addition to leading DCG Sport Philanthropy, Tom works closely with the team at DCG Philanthropic Services on feasibility studies, campaign strategy, and major fundraising initiatives across Canada. His work focuses on building strong relationships, aligning leadership and volunteers, and developing practical strategies that support long-term philanthropic growth.
Tom earned his Bachelor of Commerce from the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan and obtained his Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation.
He currently serves as Fundraising & Sponsorship Chair for SYPE Saskatoon and sits on the Startup TNT Saskatchewan Community Board, supporting the growth of entrepreneurship and emerging leaders in Saskatchewan.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time at the lake, cooking, golfing, and staying active with friends and family.
