Rhonda Gebert

 director

Rhonda proudly celebrates her mixed heritage—German on her mother’s side, and Red River Métis with Cree and Saulteaux roots on her father’s side.

A lifelong learner, Rhonda continues to pursue personal and professional development, recently taking classes through the University of Winnipeg’s MDP in Indigenous Development (Master of Development Practice). She enjoys her traditional Indigenous languages, preserving the stories, and honouring her family and ancestors. This same passion shapes her commitment to understanding the impact of her clients’ work and helping tell stories that further their missions.

DCG’s clients benefit from Rhonda’s energy, experience, creativity, and proficiency in communications, client relations, training, and event planning. Her fund development path began during her time as the Coordinator, Development and Alumni Relations at St. Thomas More College at the University of Saskatchewan. Her former work in entrepreneurship, personal development, and wellness spaces further strengthened her people-centred approach.

As she enters her second decade with DCG, dedicated to building stronger and more sustainable fund development programs for her clients, Rhonda continues to be energized by both meaningful work and meaningful moments. Away from the office, she recharges through fitness, home reno/design projects, writing poetry, and "Griswold family adventures" with her hubby, kids, and their pups: Sunny, Luna, Finley, and Sage. ..oh, and shopping; fun fact: she was recently recognized by The Globe and Mail as one of Canada's six most stylish office professionals.
